The quality of the ice cream is great, but they really botch it on the flavors. Trying multiple times over because it is likely the highest quality ice cream in buffalo, I'm disappointed by the flavor combinations every time. Finding a stoner with decent taste might get better results.

Rosie’s is one of our favorite places to stop for ice cream whenever we’re in East Aurora. Our go-to order is the birthday cake ice cream in a fresh waffle cone, and it never disappoints. The ice cream is rich and flavorful, the waffle cones are delicious, and the portions are generous. Its location right in the heart of the village makes it an ideal stop while exploring East Aurora. Grab a cone and take a stroll, you really can’t ask for a better way to spend a summer evening. We’ll definitely be back.

Yummy! My family and I could have eaten the ice cream all day. The selection of flavors was fantastic, portions were generous, service was friendly and swift, and the taste was incredibly smooth and scrumptious. Also, their waffle cones are freshly made and I could have just eaten those and been happy. They were that good!

Ice cream tastes good but menu is not for those who have diet restrictions since various ice creams contain gelatin hence not minority friendly though they are based in one of the most minority friendly and diverse neighbourhoods of Buffalo. I would suggest to at least mention the ingredients next to each ice cream flavour. That will make the ordering process fast at the least.

If you’re on Main Street in East Aurora, Rosie’s is an absolute must-visit. The vibe is charming, the staff is incredibly welcoming, and the handcrafted quality shows in every bite. I tried the peanut butter cookie ice cream in one of their homemade waffle cones, and it was phenomenal. The ice cream itself was super rich and creamy, packed with incredible flavor, and the freshly made waffle cone had the perfect, crisp crunch. It’s hands-down some of the best super-premium ice cream in Western New York. I'll definitely be back to see what rotating flavors they think up next!

DELISH! I got the Oreo one and the extra cookies one and WOW they were absolutely delicious. Good serving size and the lady working was very polite and friendly! Also she PACKED the cone…which places never do…so the ice cream didn’t just fall right off the top when I lick it. The elite way to scoop ice cream❤️
